how the hell they hit down to the floor the shaker and comes up again???dos anybody knows that trick?

if you bounce it so the rim of the shaker hits the round, it'll come up, but it's very hard to get it to come straight up all the time. in reality, a bartender would never be able to do it because there are rubber mats on the floor of the bar to pick up inevitable spills.

We usually do it on the back side of the metal ice box. Quite effective, have seen some bartenders hit customers in the head with them trying to do it off the actual bar though.

Ah, that makes sense. But the way they did it in the scene wouldn't be possible, unless it was a really cheap (and slippery) bar, without any mats. Haha.

its rather easy really, try it on a hard floor. I used to do that trick when I was making cocktails for me mates 26th's
