For me this video provides great comfort; that although in the grand scheme of things we are just a small part of nature or the universe, we are still a vital part of it within the micro sense, like with friends and family and co workers, we are all vast in our scope.

The burdens of life are easier to bear if we remember that in the macro sense, we aren't that important.

I think the same, we are only but atoms part of the universe. When we look at this materialistic way is the only way to understand that nothing really matters, let's just live a joyful life within the framework of the laws of physics, while being aware of it, and then die calmly.
