what are you talking? this car is not very slow, it has power, and max speed is around 110, my TDI beetle tops out at 87 so this is pretty good, and not much smaller than a beetle.. so what are you talking about

It may be cool for driving through the mall or the beach, but it's not practical for anything else.
This is the same reason why you can't drive golf carts on the highway because they're too small, and it's harder for other drivers to see you...

"Smart" is a really misleading term in this case..

well, if driving down the cross bronx during rush hour, the car will be fine. You really can't do a lot of damage when moving at literally snails pace.
