Hearing Ringo talk about his Drum "fills" makes me think of the intro to Hey Jude. Next time you listen to Hey Jude take notice of Ringo's intro.

its like relying on the main man, a leader, a king or somethin...there is no one else but ourselves and thats what makes life interesting..and in reality i believe in me and me is free..no one has to agree with me these are just my opinons in how i see things...

Are you on medication or just escaped from somewhere, what the heck are you and that other nit talking about
I do not follow false gods or craven idols, pop stars are entertainers not the all seeing eye in the sky, most of them are not wise enough to open there gubs and tell me whats what, John Lyndon has more in common than John Lennon ever had with the real music fans
Punk was the greatest force in music there ever was, the young could relate to it
It was feckin great, pop idol or punk !!!!

no not medication possibly escaped from somewhere sure, if you say so...i take back some of the things i wrote earlier...sure i believe in god, but God as all not as one...you see an entertainer as a person who should just keep their mouth shut and do their job, many people do...but how come they arent aloud to speak up, everyone would like to make a difference and as lennon saw a chance he decided to take it..who wouldnt...maybe i am on medication idk..you just keep being right all the time sir

no but dont you see mrdashir...you only agree with what you were raised to believe and agree to what you want to hear...you may be a man born in the 1950's but it still doesnt change the fact that your belief in God and ghandis music does not prove my point....why would not believing in God deny ourselves of reality??who knows if God is real...we can be wrong or we can be right....but for now i dont think anyone is right...in my opinion...we're not left with pop idol we are left with ourselves..

We each decide what is real and what is not. I think you have missing themes of the song my friend. He says that many people pray to false gods including himself and that people need to look inside themselves for happiness. I think you'll find that John Lennon is actually says that ultimately life is meaningless not worthless

My friend, do not patronise me i am an intelligent man born 1951 grew up with the beatles, you have missed my point completly i was John Lennons biggest fan god is reality to me not dead he was dead in Lennon not my problem his but trying to make silly statements in a song like this is frankly absurd even the song is a black dirge not worthy of the mans talent his auntie was embarrased by his silliness and who can blame her he should have stuck to the music now Ghandi he was worth listening to

If you find peace in your god for the past 58 years that's great but allow others to have their opinions without labelling them idiots, pygmys etc.

Thats what they are, because they think they know there is no god, they are obliged to treat a belief in god as the ravings of nitwits, i am not a nitwit, my religious faith is being pilloried every day, if you talked to me you would never know i was religious, but i have to listen day in and out by people who are not slow to ridicule my faith, and you think i care what you think of my disdain for these clever clowns who intellectualise and talk tripe
Give yourself a treat read Mr Ghandi,
