Futher, the Law of Return dictates those special consideration of those immigrating to Israel, nothing to do with minority Israelis.
Even if you think that is unfair, then name any Muslim nation which doesn't consider an immigrant's religion. There are none. This doesn't even consider their own inequality laws towards minorities and women.

Again, you aren't talking about "citizens". Which country in the world doesn't give preference to their own citizens? All countries do. Incredible that you claim to enjoy studying law, but seem to have little understanding of it.

also another thing i know for a fact is that israel is occupying the palestinians killing their children and killed few thousand of the palestinians for 10 years and say that those people are victims of security matters

I think you are confusing the right of return priveledges over other immigration. That is a big difference between a person not being allowed a fair trial like coptics in egypt, or to even leave their country like in iran, etc.
