this guy is Carlos Nuñez(from Galizia the north western part of spain), by far the best celt wind instruments player of the world , he is a master with flutes, bagpipes and ocarina, known in all celt countries, i have been in his concerts several times and believe me, he is a genius

This song is called "Danzas Macabras".
In Spanish the title of the CD is "Almas de Fisterra" and in other countries you can find it like "Un Galicien en Bretagne"
