Don't get your hopes up too quickly though. Strokes take ages to recover from. My boyfriend's friend had one (he lost the use of his left arm, which I presume Dorian did too, as he can't play guitar anymore) and 3 years on he still can't really move his fingers.

Oh yeah it's great to hope, but you also have to brace yourself for the fact that their may never be another album, or if there is, it may not be for a really long time and almost certainly not this year. At least we have the memories.

erm... there wont be another album, i thought the clue was in the name - "farewell" gigs. hopes good if u aren't hoping for the impossible =]

Why are you replying to me and not simplymufasa? I know there won't be another album - in fact, I knew they were going to split up before most since I'm from Sheffield and friends of mine already knew about the stroke a short while after it happened.

oh yeah and i hopee if they do have another album that its a lot better than couples - u broke my heart when u released tht long blondes! t'was pwetty baaaad.
