I bought the DVD, thinking it would be a cool movie, but couldn't watch it. The action parts are cool but 90 percent of the movie is just guys standing around talking (with heavy accents, hard to understand if you live in the U.S.) The trailer's cool but the movie didn't work for me.
I'm always astounded at the inability of Americans to understand what's being said in films like this...the accents are far from thick. Christ knows what you'd think if you saw a film featuring exclusively Northerners, Scots and the Welsh.
We created the language you speak, make a little effort to understand the original vocal inflections rather than the bastardized dirge that comes spilling out of your mouths.
I've watched this movie.I'm not British, so half the time I don't ever get WTF they are saying but it was the coolest movie ever! Gerald Butler is hot as always but i really like that Archie guy. He's da man!
