guys there has been a big solar flare on October 26th 2009, I've seen the pics on SOHO official website, but for some reason the site is down! anybody experienced the same problems??? WEIRD think is going on, and some of my comments won't post!

In my mind's eye, I find myself rising above the clouds, to see the sun as a bright point, tiny compared to the vastness of space, but valiantly holding back the endless night. It's glow may someday die, but it never lives in vain, for while it shines it gives life to everything around it. If the sun not be a living thing, how odd that I found in it the truest love and the most generous, giving spirit.

one again im breaking this conversation because ur constant rambling of illinformed nonsense is annoying me and to break down light u need to go farther then atoms to sub-atomic particles and even to quarks THAT my friend is astrophysics.

HAHAHAHA your funny god your classic astrophysics isn't sub-atomic particles thats quantum physics and particle physics, astrophysics is about how things in space affect each other like planets and stars its mostly about gravity, u must be joking with me if u didn't know that u can fight all u want with me but ill win cause i know my physics. Oh and the sub-atomic level is where quarks are and that is what level i am talking about when i say light is made up of photons.
