It's not overrated. Just because a film exceeds the limit of art, it doesn't become overrated. In fact, people who call this film "overrated" have actually made it very overlooked.

Woah Jackie Brown is not better than Pulp Fiction , Jackie brown is okay kinda slow but Pulp Fiction deserves every compliment ! The screenplay is just phenomenal

I also prefer "Jackie Brown", but "Pulp Fiction" is a very good film as well and this scene is a classic.
