i remember seeing a video tape of the first episode of this cartoon and playing the snes game, it was pretty awesome.

oh wow when i was 6 (now 13) i used to play the game based off this on the genisis and i searched it up today and wow its a cartoon gosh i have to look up more of this

The thing about the Phantom is that he is such an anomaly in his world, since the world of Metropia is technological and not tuned to Nature. Yet the Phantom's powers seem primeval and ancient, almost like the old world is bringing its vengeance upon the new.
