I love Bale in anything, this movie included. But in a way, do you realize, this movie proves that emotion leads to violence? He fights because of his love for those who were killed - and has a flash of an image of that woman just before he pulls the trigger at the end.

yep, sorta the point. but whos to say violence isnt bad? take WW2 for example, without it, hitler would have succeeded in his "final solution" to the "jewish question" and there wouldnt be nearly as advanced technologies now adays. there wouldnt be any nuclear power much less medical technology, a lack of protection + weapons for our soldiers, we'd still be in the depression, with much more advancements in addition to those. violence isnt always bad... most of the time it has a purpose.

Chrisian Bale is a good movie star i love him xP
and this is a nice vid

He shines along with this movie. Perfect character for him. To bad he played in terminator 4, it was not his type.

Oh, and American psycho; another gem for his style.
