About the LAST part of the song... I just play:

Tension part with fast struming (lol):

Adim5, A# dim5
Adim5, Ab dim5

Funny and happy part:

He has his guitar 1/2 step down... so he actually plays Ab

He probably plays Ab5 the starts to play adding the 11th(Db) and the 9th(A#). And finally returning tho the original power chord (Ab5)

Use your ear to play it right.... It's hard to explain with only words xD
