battery life must be affected some how???

i have to charge my iphone each night cuz i'm always txting and using game apps.

if i run multiple game apps and use the phone txting, calling, on a normal daily basis, am i going to get stuck with a dead phone before i get home from work?????

the iphones battery is one of its biggest flaws. ontop of that, the battery is not removeable making it impossible to charge a spare while you are using your current battery unforunately :( I just ordered the driod, I guess i'll see if it lives up to its hype

That kind of background services consume very very little resources considering its a managed platform. I reckon it's a matter of hundred kilobytes at most, probably even much less

its 192/288mb ram (Depending on modell - 192 at g1 and magic 32b, 288 at magic 32a and htc hero)
when it's full and you have no swap installed, then it's full ;)
(i dont know how much the galaxy has actually)

It's not about whether you can type faster or not, it's whether you can type more comfortably or not.

With a physical keyboard/keypad you can type while looking away (with a certain extent of accuracy) much easier than with an on-screen keyboard.
