No, actually he doesn't. As any good audio engineer will tell you, this is the product of Auto-Tune (or fine tuning). It takes notes that aren't the perfect pitch and finely tunes them.

Have you heard this singer Live? Or in Studio? Not nearly as good (if you could call what he does good). If a band is modestly famous, it doesn't mean they are GOOD at what they do.

Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, S.O.A.D.... found found fame and success, but suck.
