May I note that the definition of noise is not something absolute, but something relative. Noise is not the opposite of music. Noise is something that someone doesn't want to see,hear etc. What is music to one man, is noise to another. That doesn't automatically define neither music nor noise.

It doesn't sound melodic and that's why people don't like it. Too much chromatics and too many tensions. It might sound new but there's a reason why people never played these things before.

@richtomes Why should anyone evolve into an artist that like you thinks noise is music and murder is art?

This whole thing about murder, violence and art is your fascination, not mine.

Do Pollini, Rattle, Kremer, Bernstein have to evolve into musicians with the same musical training as you have, and suddenly don't appreciate modern classical music?

No! They have had their musical training.
They understand contemporary music.
They do. Why can't you?
