TOP 10 :Combat Rifles - M16(No.2)

You kidding? This is the worst assault rifle ever made. It jammed a shitload. It is flimsy and its plastic stock breaks quite easily. You have to adjust the sight every time your targets shift range. It simply sucks compared to the much more reliable, powerful, and awesome AK-47.

The jamming in Viet Nam was caused by the change in powder and lack of chrome lined chamber.

i think if i was in combat i would rather have an m16 than an ak because the accuracy gives you assurance that you are hitting what you're shooting at, and you can carry more ammo cus the rounds are smaller.

@all the guys who say m16 sucks because its unreliable. YOU ARE STUCK IN THE VIETNAM ERA.the M16A4 is the modern m16 and is worlds apart from the M16A1 it replaced. all of you who says it sucks have not seen a properly maintained m16a4 in combat. i'm not saying the ak-47 sucks im saying that the m16 is not as bad as you say it is anymore. if the m16 sucks so badly how come more COUNTRIES have been listed as users than the ak-47? the ak47 is most used in the world listed by people not countries

1.the M-16A4 has the same non-reliable direct-gas system...
2. the AK-47 isn't manufactured since the 60's.

M16 is a horrible weapon?It usually jammed because of the uncromed barrel, but that has fixed. But it still jams usually because of poor maitance. A well cleaned rifle can go a couple hundred rounds.

Sight adjustments are bad because they are had to use? Thats the whole point of
being a marksmen
