Yes, that was the reason I thought of Berlin. I had the idea that Bowie was non-stop there.
But Young Americans wasn't part of the Berin tri-logy, right? Station to Station, perhaps, sound-wise. But Bowie counted Low, ''Heroes'' & Lodger to the trilogy.
