Its a part of the channel of lenses in your camera. Note the symetrical distances between the spot. I guess you didn;t see the phnomenon naked eye, but only through your camera? Because of the lensen, try the same position and rotate your camera a little, the ditance between the object changes, meaning its you and not Nibiru or Pluto or whatever

I know! The sun SHOULD appear to be a glowing ball of light, not a yellow dot. Even the moon has light rays (small ones) coming off it.

If it was a light bulb it would move around  when the camera did, same if it was lens glare. I'm not saying it's Nibiru, i'm just showing some common sense. Also, the "smart guys with hi-tech equipment and telescopes" are monitored by governments, and the last thing any government wants do do is cause panic.
