If they announced tomorrow that UFO's are actually an intelligent alien race, I think people would be open-minded and uplifted by it. we wouldn't grab our guns and start shooting the sky. honestly the fact that the truth has been hidden from us for so long just makes us distrust our governments more. Thats EXACTLY why they wont come out and tell us the truth! One of the greatest programs I ever viewed was called "Connections" by Profs. Burke a brilliant man who shows the numerous paths of the creative mind takes in regards to new discoveries and inventions. Usually once either the need arose or suffficient progress had been made the next leap forward could be made theoretically speaking given enough time and the right need; a simple creatures could make amazing discoveries.

They are most definately friendly. There have been reports of ufo sightings and the person viewing the object was in the car and flashed his lights to communicate with the object, the UFO then responded back with light flashes of its own. They are more intelligent than us because any other known galaxy is pretty far away, meaning that they must have some sort of advance power source that they use to get here and back to where they are from.
