Im really thinking of taking up magic, but i dont think id be able to find anyone to play with :/

Oh yeah. And my HUSBAND also plays, and we plan to teach our SON to play when he gets older. :) Gosh dumb people are amusing.

Ah, my personal favorite strategy type is 'Long term buildup' using either a White/Blue or Red/White Deck, personal favorite of the two is Red/White though, Based on the Kamigawa set Samurai (Man I love that 'Bushido' Mechanic.)
