if and when Water will be used as fuel, then the OIL companies, will buy out the oceans and ALL water on the planet and sell us the water we use for 2.39$ a gallon :) . BUT first they need to make sure there is no more oil left.

thats right, the oil must be used up first or at least most of it, before any new energy will be on the market, and only if the power and oil companies control its use.

it´s very easy, in order to control society you need to control its energy model ( todays oil model ) this way you control all of the other basics of life, like food, water, transportation, industry, medicine etc.. the only thing people can do is to unplug from their system, that is producing your own basics (food, energy, water). if you can´t do that then you are lost in their game. In the end society wins and they will be remember as a necesary evil of evolution.
