Allowed by who exactly; and how? Not to mention that mythbusters is actually owned by an Australian company. And why was Fox allowed to put out their program pushing the hoax 'theories'?
You certainly do seem to be a conspiracy buff; the reliance on vague accusations rather than actual evidence is a common trait.
They say@ 07:41 "As far as I'm concerned...they went to the moon".
However, I am always sceptical to the source being an american owned mediastation. They would never, ever be "allowed" to send this program if they haven't busted it. Not in a million years.
Having that said, I am not conviced either way, so I am no conspiracy buff.
That assumes that the two sides, NASA and the hoax pushers, were equal. They are not. The hoax pushers have no science of any kind to support themselves, just cut and pasted illiterate ideas. On that basis, its impossible to give them a complete hearing to debate because for the large part there's nothing to debate.
I always think that if it actually Was fake, then why haven't they been to the moon by now?? It's not like they couldn't with the technology they have now. So why, if the faked it last time, would they not go there now. And it would definitly be a hard thing to hide these days.

That alone puts a hole in hoax believer's idea of "no one would be allowed to say it was a hoax."
