WOW what a great sword. It looks as good as Anduril in the "real" film. And I can't wait to see the whole film. The story of Arathorn, GIlraen and Aragorn would be great. Someone should make a film about Beren and Luthien, Narn i chin Hurin, Gondolin and other stories from Silmarillion without changing a book, like PJ did (argh, elves at helm's deep...)
Thanks so much for the praise. I know that this project is not like every other fan project, which is why I originally got involved, and I too am looking forward to seeing the finished product.
I'm thrilled you like my work, and I'm excited for the final product as well, but the funny thing is that you are so much closer to where it's being filmed than I am.
What a beautiful sword. Where and indeed how long did it take you to learn the skills necessary to forge such a fine weapon? I'm looking forward to seeing it in action in Born of Hope and to seeing other examples of your work. I can't finish without adding my congratulations to you and the whole crew for the dedication and committment in making Born of Hope. Can't wait to see it.
Hey there. Thanks so much for the awesome comment(s).
I have been making swords/knives for over 15 years now, and I still have a lot to learn, so I don't consider myself up there with my knife making heroes yet, but I'm thrilled and delighted that you like my work.
I am also very much looking forward to Born of Hope being completed, which I believe it will be this year ... so stay tuned on the BoH website for info on the final release date.
Thank you very much. I'm thrilled you like my work and want to see more. I am planning on doing some more vids with other swords I have made, so stay tuned.
BoH is due for completion October/November this year, so stay tuned for that one as well. I think I will probably be putting this sword up for sale after the film is finished as well, and I'll probably post a vid here on YouTube for that too.

I'd love to see a picture of all theweapons made for the movie. On the website you can only see two or three of them...
Good luck with the post-prod, I'm can't wait to watch it.. I've been following your "adventure" for so long now...

Cheers
