This looks really effective. I only know Banks from some early morning exercice programme broadcasted on some boring German TV station.
What cracks me up are these clothes though. Not just Banks cute little shorts but the background dancers look really funny, too. And not to mention the setting....but hey, if you can have so many fans with this styling then I guess this is really effective. I'm motivated now...just need to find my army pants ^^

most importent the air getting out - pepol can die from not letting the air out and make damage plus it will make it more effective !!!!!

haha! my eyes are sweaty from watching this vid, i think my eyes just lost some weight! AMAZING! will definitely watch some more and this time try to get off my chair.
