Your beautiful tribute made me cry. I've read Anam Cara and I love it... often post quotes from it on FB... I didn't realised he had passed on... Thanks for sharing. He is deeply missed. Love & Light, Lisa

Hello Lisa, thank you so much for this beautiful, heartfelt comment. I agree that Anam Cara is worthy of many quotes...it's a wonderful book and if you haven't heard the audio recording in John's own voice, you're missing something truly special. :) I would miss him if he weren't so close, but I know he hasn't truly gone anywhere. Peace ~ Suze

I heard the harpist Aine Minogue read a couple of his poems during her performance.

Suze, thanks for your kind words, I bought myself a copy of Anam Cara and found the story J O'D was talking about. The book is an inspirational read, incidently John was from Fanore Co. Clare, which is only about 30 miles away from my home. Peace and Love.

So glad you found the story you were searching for...that is wonderful! It's easy to understand why John's words appeal so much to you... countrymen and of like minds! Best always... Suze
