It will take more than a decade for the effects of the new Law to become fully manifest.
It will take another decade before adequate data can be obtained to quantify accurately the deaths caused by rationing and long lines.
That is 20 years at least before we get enough data to prove what I am saying now. This Law is BAD legislation.

The doctors in the last post were imposing their morals on their patient population.

Single women wanting a Pap smear are admitting sexual activity, something these doctors apparently find morally objectionable.

In the US, if you find you and your doctor have radically different views regarding your health, you change doctors. That option is severely limited for many Canadians, due to the shortage of physicians.

The US doctor shortage will become critical if this new law is passed.

Why dont the women go to another doctor? HUGE doctor SHORTAGES and LONG LINES (talking YEARS) to see a doctor for the first time.

In the US today, this would never happen.
