Scott EZ Bar Reverse Curl

Great exercise for the Brachialis and Brachioradialis. Strengthening these muscles will help increase your bicep strength.

In Arnold's book, it says that reverse curls are used for biceps as well as forearms, and with the forearms to make sure you're pointing the back of your hands as far back as can be. My question is, does doing reverse curls for forearms need to be with a lighter weight than reverse curls for biceps?

Holding your wrist bent by extending your wrists back isn't necessary to develop the brachioradialis. The isometric contraction of just holding the barbell with a straight wrist is enough.

You don't have to go any lighter either.

The Brachioradialis Starts mid way of your Bicep and continues down your forearm. Reverse curls and Hammer curls dominate that muscle. Do as much weight as you can.
