they might be practicing for if a new cat moves in. i saw a real cat fight once. i heard a noise outside my window and i thought it was a car or something but it was a cat fight between Jack (a black cat that i like who lives near my house) and a new cat that came with a family that moved in recently. Jack won i think and luckily they didn't really get hurt (at least not that i could tell from behind my window.) i guess house cats are as territorial as wild ones ^.^;
