Funny -really funny-,,,but obviously it's better than sitting on yout butt and playing other video games,,,and even though some of it's not quite what it should be (hula hoop for ex.) yoga and the like are extremely good for your body and if you have a wii,,,a good way is the Wii fit...obviously not the real thing but not such a bad idea thats my opinion.
