mini my fucking ass, that storm had the same power as a USA F3 Tornado!

I get shitted off everytime someones calls a damaging storm here a MINI - TORNADO when infact it actually is one. Its people poorly educated like you who dont believe we can get the real deal here in Australia that need to be educated who are giving the wrong info.

Don't open a vien over it mate! Mini tornado is just a term often used these days in colloquial language to describe powerful thunder storms in Australia. The media love it, the general public have adopted it, right or wrong it's here to stay.

I know what your saying mate, I live in THE GAP and when the eye of that TORNADO hit our suburb it was unlike anything, anywhere in the world. Trees were being pulled out of the ground and dumped everywhere, neighbours rooves where landing in our house, windows were being smashed and the sound was UNBELIEVABLE!!. Def. nothing MINI about that

It wasn't a tornado that hit... it was a "microburst".

Although you are right, the winds from this storm were straight line winds (from a microburst), not a tornado.

You think rain consists of distilled water? Especially when it's been through the roof and the ceilings it's not that clean anymore.
