@Bradftb5 It could mean that the 'pieces' (the people) 'fit' (cultures living in peace and working together) but that some influences have gotten in the way. These influences could be uncontrolled capitalism, fundamentalist religion, growing nationalism. Society and schools should teach children useful facts and that freedom of thought and expression should be the standard and above that available to all.
