U.S. Army prepares to invade U.S.

This is what we do-we organize all over the country until there are thousands preferably millions of us. Then we march to washington because the bottom line is there needs to be change now! on many levels. Once in Washington if congress wants to speak we present our demands and depending on congress's cooperation is how we act. We need to be ready to take up arms just in case this goes sour meaning if they get violent or dont want to listen to us.

The president can declare anything an emergency and declare martial law, it's not so limited.

Because if the constitution is bent or suspended that would be the end of this experiment. States would act in the event of instant Federals turning to ash... Our Militia is still very big and ready, and the National Guard will hold the line at the state border. At least here in Georgia, and im sure a few more like Texas, and a few Midwest are ready for anything. Our Gov. would never agree to a Federal Martial Law. And neither would our Militia.

This video is pure unadulterated propaganda. The author of this video twists all of his supporting clams out of proportion to suit his own theories of a "government take over" that will never happen. I think that if you all look a little closer at what is contained in this video you will see corbettreports message clearly for what it really is.... BULLSHIT!

The section on the Military Commissions act is just a flat out lie. CH1 948a. (1) of the military commissions Act defines an Alien as "an individual who is not a US citizen." CH1 948(b): "This Chapter establishes procedures governing the use of Military Commissions to try Alien unprivileged enemy belligerents for violation of the law of war and other offenses triable by a military commission." What this act does is allow foreign combatants to be tried under US military for war crimes.

While the patriot ac might still be very controversial it is not above the law and is still subject to examination by the courts. Two prime example are the case of Ann Aiken which found the law was, in fact, unconstitutional as the search was an unreasonable imposition on Mayfield and thus violated the Fourth Amendment and section 805 which was struck down in federal court. The court found that it violated the First and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51 -2. (B) Defines its use in catastrophic emergencies;
"Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.
