at least jamelia only sampled the music. its diffrent enought to suggest its a coincidence (porbably isn't i'm just saying...) but hilary duff actually used the line "reach out and touch" with slight alteration. marilyn manson did a cover of depeche mode's personal jesus so natrually those two songs are the same.
