Evolution is no more a religion than gravity is. You believe gravity is a religion? Actually learn the definition of what a religion is.
Evolution is not inaccurate and has nothing to do at all with racism, you just heard that from other creationists, and since you cannot think for yourself, thought it sounded cool and tried using it. Am I about right there? You have absolutely no sources for your statement that evolution is religion or has anything to do with racism. Burden of proof.

40-50 is a big difference, the sources I've read say 58% of the public believe in evolution, and guess what, evolution and creation are not mutually exclusive. You can believe in evolution and religion at the same time, there is no reason for you to randomly attack accepted science that has nothing to do with your religion.

1. It hasn't won, 60% of Americans believe and understand evolution.
2. How is a scientific theory an excuse for a moral-less life?

Is evolution fact? Yes, it is. It is both fact and theory, just like gravity.
Of course it's falsifiable. It has been put to a test. Look at AIDS, the fruit fly experiments, or H1N1. They're all examples of evolution.
