Freshhhhh1982 is correct. In many studies psychopaths have distinctive areas of the social and emotional side of the brain either lacking, or totally different from normal, social human beings. Psychopaths lack the ability to empathise with others.

thats not true.  some psychopaths have a great understanding of the theory of mind and have a deep sense of empathy. thats why they are so dangerous.
