THANK YOU!! for posting this video. ValleyGyrlTV - I'm with you. I just dug out my VHS tape to "get my glory back" lol - and the VCR ate the tape. Bless you for posting this video! This is a fast and effective workout.

I don't know why they won't release this on DVD..they would make a fortune. Everyone I know (including myself) wants this on DVD. It's a great workout. I used to do this 6 days a week and I changed my body. Unfortunately, I stopped doing it, but I'm trying to get my glory back again!!!
