quailifications for Cube Badass:
1. you use the fridrich/petrus method
2 you can solve a rubik's cube in under 20 seconds
3 you can solve 3 cube in under a minute

PLL means permute last layer, or putting each cubie where in belongs, as opposed to OLL(orienting last layer), which is just turning the cubies in the right direction
