wow when i was a kid and i didnt know anything about fitness and wanted to lose weght, i did this same thing but I put on a trash bag too... but dont do that ive heard that is bad for u

Oh my god I 30 this year and so unfit I found this so hard couldn't even do it for 5 mins. Now i feel like crap and I thought it would be easy when I first up it on.
