    If I was served instant coffee in an expensive restaurant like Brennan's I think I'd smack the waiter in the mouth, especially if he came over to the table and did the dramatic reveal.

    I would be able to tell that it was not a fine coffee because folger's instant is bad. As far as instant coffee goes the only one I like is via from starbuck's.
