Australians for Palestine and Women for Palestine present images of Israel's apartheid Wall which graphically show the devastating effects it has on Palestinian society as it snakes its way through the Israeli-occupied West Bank to ultimately entrap the entire Palestinian population.
This video has been created by Sonja Karkar for Australians for Palestine and Women for Palestine using photos taken by Sonja herself, as well as many others taken by photographers on the ground. The music "Awaiting "Bayya' el khawatem" is an improvisation by The Oriental Music Ensemble comprised of the Oriental music department teachers at the National Conservatory of Music, Birzeit University, Palestine.

Hamas is allowed to believe in article 11 of their charter that "
The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Muslim generations until Judgement Day. It, or any part of it, should not be squandered: it, or any part of it, should not be given up... This is the law governing the land of Palestine in the Islamic Sharia (law) and the same goes for any land the Muslims have conquered by force."
The United Nations adopted the Oct. 27, 2003 Resolution ES-10/13 that stated: "...[T]he route marked out for the wall under construction by Israel, the occupying Power, in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, could prejudge future negotiations and make the two-State solution physically impossible to implement and would cause further humanitarian hardship to the Palestinians..."
Zdoring: Hint: competent lawyers never use the meaningless word: "actually" in any oral or written expression. now go ahead and take your best shot one more time - try to make a point about the APARTHEID WALL - like how it's OK and legal and provide at least one supporting reference. I'm sure you can find one.
Article Seven of the Hamas Charter clearly states from the Hadith: "The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Muslim)". This isn't racist apartheid on the part of Israel it is self protection.
This is from the July 22nd League of nations mandate for palestine, It is really you who ignore legal precedent, you must be a crappy lawyer.
"Article 7.
The Administration of Palestine shall be responsible for enacting a nationality law. There shall be included in this law provisions framed so as to facilitate the acquisition of Palestinian citizenship by Jews who take up their permanent residence in Palestine."
@zdoering You are such a dunderhead, I can tell you are making up your arguments as you go. Referencing your slimy "homeland" interpretation of Balfour Letter go read British White Paper 1922. Anybody with any sense will agree that you are an intellectual imposter. Go do it now!
I didn't ignore the Ruling of the UN, However they don't have the right to make Law. They are not a world government they are a platform for international dialog nothing more. They don't have the right to tell countries what to do because they have no legal power. No jurisdiction or democratic elections. I actually Live in Missouri and am very familiar with the Dred Scott case. Not the same, especially since you have rockets ambulances filled with c4 crossing the boarders even with the wall.
@zdoering InternationalCourt is part of UN. All member "States" submit to its jurisdiction. You aren't partiularily adept at cherry-picking your legal arguments, are you? You think a mere "letter" matters, that a defunct League of Nations somehow fits into the legal equation and refuse to admit that the apartheid wall is on Palestinian land. Good luck with that argument.
The Oslo Accords did not draw any borders, they left that for future. Oslo was a dud! Neither side agreed with what had been done largely in secret to do Israel's bidding. Check out Hilde Henriksen Waage's research on it.

HAMAS doesn't believe in two states
