HHO is the electrolysis of Water (electricity through water)
HHO is H20 separated with the help of the electricity (2 hydrogen atoms for 1 Oxygen)
Its almost 7 times more powerful than GAS... its a way to help cars running on WATER...

To my knowledge, up until the boiling point, heat will increase the efficiency of HHO production. So why not put a heat exchanger around your HHO producer that will draw heat from the tailpipe to both heat the water, and thaw the producer in the winter months? Obviously you'd have to have a system to keep the water from boiling like a small temperature controlled fan or something.

That orange red precipitation is the byproduct of the hydrolysis, some sort of sodium compound
which is orange in color. Not sure it's toxic or not but discard it in hazardous waste collection centers just in case.
