Wasn't sure what to make of this at first, but nice surprise. The musical arrangement was first class [marketable I think].
I was hoping you would mention CD28 and B7 interactions [CD80&86] during the Tc-Bc kiss.

Haha, actually, if you look at the arms of the "DC" and the "T cell", CD28 and B7 are written in black when the two of them do the thumbs up.

Too bad the video quality came out so poorly :(
