You're saying he doesn't look like a soldier but he doesn't look like a liar either. Remember they never said he was a soldier, they said "he worked at the camp at just 19". That's my age, and many kids look like that.

"In my unit" was he in a work force "unit" he is insisting he was a soldier.

Like I said he doesn't appear to be lying. He really doesn't seem like the type to have motive to lie either. What for? To say something we all know is true? That people get tortured at Guantanamo? We all know that, it's old news. You're forgetting about the picture evidence that came from that. That's the smoking gun already.

bush will never be in den hag. he will be treated like royalty for the rest of his life, living in posh hotels, riding in expensive cars, eating expensive food. if you think bush or any of his gang will be taken to court then you need a reality check. nice guys finish last. dont forget it.

the outcome of this issue depends on the american public oppinion... if the preassure on obama would be bigger anything is possible... point is: to let bush get away with warcrimes, would create a precedent for all politicians/presidents!! noone is above the law... if not, you have tyranny/dictatorship and i don`t think any american would like that!! so it is also a key issue on the future of american liberties and political system... sure not everybody undertands that!

THE PROBLEM I ALWAYS HAVE HAD WITH TORTURE IS TIHS:

how do you know if by torturing someone you are making them confess to truth they know, or if they are only lying to you to make you stop torturing them by telling the torturer what he wants to hear the victim confess?
