Hi
The AVS Video Converter 6.3 doesn't look anything like the video. I'm assuming that the one I downloaded is a new version. I can't figure out how to download any videos from youtube. The new version doesn't have the youtube icon. Help
Also once I download a video will I be able to use it in sony vegas??
Thanks

Ok I have just realised that you probably do not have certain codecs installed on your computer. Windows movie maker and windows media player require extra codecs to play xvid, which is in and avi, etc...Same with Audio. You can get the codecs you need by going to my site and searching for an article on windows media player in the top search bar. Its about how windows media player won't play dvd's but it has links to XP and Vista codecs you need.

did you get the url from next to the video? Hey maybe the video isn't public or has some restrictions on it. Try downloading another video..

The program does it for you. It downloads them, converts them, then saves them...usually in documents\any video converter
