Q: What is HYPER PIGMENTATION?
A: Pigmentation is the coloring of a person's skin. When a person is healthy, his or her skin will appear normal in color. In the case of illness or injury, the person's skin may change color, becoming darker (hyperpigmentation) or lighter (hypopigmentation)


Q: Why does Hyper Pigmentation happen?
A: Hyperpigmentation results from the increased deposition of melanin, which causes the skin to become darker in patches. Melanin is part of skin barrier defense system in that it protects against exposure to UVR and pigmented blemishes are almost always the result of excessive stimulation by sunlight

I wonder my dear destiny if Mela D is the same as Biomedic Pigment Control Concentrated Conditioning serum. I live in the UK and just purchased it from boots, they have no clue what Mela D is- Maybe its marketing its called that in the states and Biomedic Pigment CCC serum in the UK :) I cant wait to see results. I have been using skin doctors for 5 months and I am super duper happy. Time to try something higher . Thank you

One more thing need to remember about improving skin is that you have to have patience. If you find the appropriate treatment to "fix" whatever ails your skin, you won't see results overnight...it can be weeks or months depending on the nature of the scarring and the treatments chosen (esp. since darker kind needs to use fading products or if inclined very, very, very light chemical peels).

stop eating meat and dairy and your skin will be great, im a young man that always had problems with my skin but now i just use natural oils such as shae butter cocoa butter and aloe vera oil even lavender oil.. all 100% pure. im vegan now and my skin is always shining. if i ever get a spot it goes away in about 3 days without me even paying attention to it. try cutting out diary especially
