Ok first of all, we were part of the Roman Empire, not Rome. get your facts straight. And no, not all Europeans were Romans, because the Roman Empire didn't contain all European countries. Also,the biggest part of the Roman Empire had tribes who weren't Roman at all, they had other origins. For America though, almost all North-American citizens were, excluding the Afro-American and Latina communities, are descendants of Europeans. :P
