    I appreciate this sort of clip. Youtube is fantastic for this type of thing.

    My best friend used to be bullied. He stated he was planning to grow muscle and strength. I didn't believe him. Until in a matter of weeks he added 40 pounds of absolute muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - Google it. Nobody dares to intimidate him nowadays.

    I signed up last week. Plus this mans emails are fucking cool!!!

    I'm your main rival then as I am The Biggest Savickas Fan In The World! Just joking, but I really am a very big fan of his although I don't train, I personally don't think female body buliders are anything pretty or nice to look, men for that matter, it's quite ugly in my opinion, but it's just that, my opinion, so please, don't be offended by it. I, too, would love to meet Big Zee and if I could go to Lithuania or wherever he is comepeting, I am so there! PS Did Andrus really say: "sh*t?" Haha!

    well in some cases they actally do, AMERICA goes to great lengths to stifle someone's personal creativity and fun in life, other countries don't, especially developing countries like Haiti and Africa, because medical studies have shown that people from those countries have the strongest immune systems and most durable bodies because they don't rely on medication and pills to solve their problems.
