    1st step: Get all normal stars (120)

    2nd step: Get all green stars (120)

    3rd step: Pay 9999 star-bits to the Toad-bank and you unlock it.

    You unlock the green stars, if you have the 120 normal stars and defeat Bowser again! The green stars appear and after getting 120 green stars and paying 9999 star bits to the Toad-bank, you will unlock the Grandmaster-galaxy,
