oh and your CPU usage doesnt effect the quality compared to how fast it loads/plays, make sure you don't have many programs open while you are on Firefox or Opera. If you're using internet Explorer you will need to download Firefox or kill yourself before Internet Explorer tears you into pieces.

You need a new video card. Mine old one (512mb) had that problem with a few videos. Now I have an Nvidea 9800GTX (1GB). 16mb is the whole reason.

get a better video card. i have geforce 9500Gt, it has 1GB memory and is designed for watching HD.

it doesnt go off ur Video card i dont think
someone told me it goes off ur CPU Usage so if u do task manager (ctrl Alt Del) u can see it

my cpu is 1.20GHz and the usage goes all the way up while watching or converting HD videos.
